IQ Coordinator Evaluation and Implementation
MGCorp will assist your company in transitioning from an internally supported IT architecture using multiple software programs to a unified, company-wide web-based software application – IQ Coordinator.
Once implemented, MGCorp can provide ongoing technical support, as needed, for the IQ Coordinator software.
Project Data Management Services
Most of our clients prefer that MGCorp get more involved in the day to day operation of IQ Coordinator. Our staff becomes an integral part of your business operations team.
Project Data Managers (PDMs) organize the tremendous amount of data associated with each project (emails, documents, conference call notes, meeting setup, budget summaries, etc.) and free your Project Managers to do what they do best – manage people and tasks and schedules. Your Project Managers control the project, and use our PDMs as a resource as needed.
Our PDMs free you up to do what you do best, while we manage the technical data, communications and reporting for you.
